For the few thousand-odd people who thronged to Goa for the annual advertising festival organised by the AAAI and Advertising Club, it was a time for camaraderie, inspiration, learning, entertainment and a hell of a lot of fun.
For organisers, journalists and some of the sponsors trying to max returns, it was a hell of a lot of hard work, but a memorable exercise working in teams with richly deserved breaks in between.
For the ones looking to poach talent, it was a congregation well worth attending, one hears.
For jurors, speakers and seniors who helped put different elements of the conference and awards together, it was an opportunity to give back.
