Hammer, an advertising agency in Kerala, will commemorate 15 years of its completion on Friday, April 14, 2023. Founded in 2008, it pioneered the concept of creative agency and thus became Kerala’s first branding and creative agency with a national perspective. This concept became a role model for many advertising professionals, inspiring them to set up their own creative agencies. The number of agencies in Kerala went up dramatically.
According to Sreenath G, Co-founder & CEO, “It was a conscious move to shift from traditional agency concept to a creative agency model. We were keen to give the industry new options in branding and advertising. Also, we wanted to take the Kerala advertising industry to the national level.”
Hammer’s motto, ‘Get it right the rst time,’ plays a signicant role in its ability to provide the client with precise solutions. “In order to achieve this, we have evolved a unique process of research, analysis, and critical thinking which culminates in branding communication that not only works but also wins hearts and minds. It also saves time and costs considerably,” said Sreenath.
These innovative strategies have been recognized nationally, a reason why Hammer has become the
choice for clients across categories and regions – at regional, national, and international levels. Speaking
about clients, Sreenath said, “Some of our clients have been with us since Hammer’s inception. And
almost all clients have chosen to remain with us. This is something that we are very proud of.”

In 2021, Hammer’s new vertical, Social Vibes, was established to align and synergize digital media with its clients’ branding and advertising goals.

Anoop, who was with a national agency, has joined Hammer recently to head the operations.
