Tata Neu, a multi-purpose app from Tata Group, has launched a campaign focusing on its rewards feature ‘NeuCoins’.
The campaign brought alive the key benefit of shopping on Tata Neu through the slice-of-life moments of Mister Chaturvedi, Ghosh Babu, and Seemaji, inspired by the action-packed IPL commentary.

The brand stated that the campaign is aimed at putting the consumer’s feedback at the heart of the messaging and highlighting the app’s unique rewards system. Additionally, Tata Neu has announced the launch of NeuCard nationally, which will offer exclusive benefits to its users.
As part of the media plan, Tata Neu had a presence on live matches in Star Sports and JioCinema through broadcast assets, Starting from 5th April. The campaign also includes a QR-led campaign across Croma Stores, IHCL Hotels, BigBasket, and Qmin-packaging driving consumers to ‘Scan, download and win IPL tickets.’
Tata Neu Rewards League is the new addition to this IPL season, which will offer an immersive shopping experience to score big rewards, stated the brand.
As part of the on-ground activities, the Tata Neu Box returns, this time across 12 cities, where fans can experience Tata IPL up close and get featured LIVE during the broadcast. Additionally, the Tata Neu Drone Aero Show took place on 6th April at Eden Gardens at the innings break during the KKR v/s RCB match.
