Mumbai: Britannia Bel Foods has appointed Mustufa Arsiwalla, as Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to this he was the Marketing Group Manager; Bel Groupe. Britannia Bel Foods is a Joint venture between Britannia Industries and Bel SA, a French dairy snacking player to develop, manufacture and sell cheese products in India and certain other countries.
Mustufa has been a seasoned consumer marketer and brand strategist with over 17+ years’ experience in leading brand building and marketing campaigns across diverse categories like Foods, Personal care, and OTC on brands like Frooti, Ferrero Rocher, Kinder Joy all in a leadership role. As a part of this Joint Venture, Mustufa Arsiwalla will lead the marketing function to support the company’s ambitious growth plans with his business acumen and industry expertise.
His expertise across multiple consumer goods categories combined with the ability to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds enables him to add value to the organization’s growth. Over the last 3.5 years, Mustufa has had an incredible opportunity to be part of the phenomenal growth story and work with the Bel India and Global team to build The Laughing Cow business and brand in India. This is reflected in multiple accolades won by The Laughing Cow within the last year. In his role, Mustufa will lead the company’s marketing function, including portfolio & positive brand strategy, activation & Integrated communication, and Innovation.
