Bharti Airtel has been named as the title sponsor for the 5th season of Asianet’s popular reality show, Bigg Boss Malayalam.
In addition to contestants from various backgrounds, this season will also feature a commoner from the general public selected by the telecommunications services company.
Mohanlal, the host of the show, has stated that the inclusion of a commoner on the show is sure to strengthen the bond between Asianet and the audience.
“Bigg Boss is getting closer to the Malayali audience every passing year. The exciting new season is designed to resonate with the pulse of the audience as well as the dynamic present days,” said Kishan Kumar, Executive Director of Channel Business at Asianet.
In addition to its telecast on Asianet, Bigg Boss Season 5 will also be streamed live 24×7 on Disney+ Hotstar.
