Viacom18 bagged the digital rights for IPL for the period between 2023 to 2027 and Rs 20,500 crore while Disney Star claimed the television rights for Rs 23,575 crore.
Another news that captured social media’s imagination was the shutting down of Internet Explorer.
From the entertainment sector, Akshay Kumar’s Samrat Prithiviraj which flopped massively, Rajinikanth’s upcoming film ‘Jailer’, Kamal Haasan’s Vikram box office collection trended last week.
