Mumbai: After a successful season 1, Zee Café is all set to bring back the competitive food show for a second season. ‘Chef Vs. Fridge’ season two will have multiple integration opportunities with an access to a wider audience base.
The unique competitive cooking show will feature 2 new contestants every episode who will have to curate extraordinary dishes with the ingredients in the Mystery Refrigerator ‘Boss Chiller’ while facing the challenges thrown at them by the judges. The biggest twist this upcoming season is that the contestants featured are not home cooks but seasoned and well-known chefs. The show, full of entertainment, drama and interactivity will be anchored and judged by industry’s renowned Chefs Ajay Chopra and Shipra Khanna. The season will be an ultimate ode to food lovers making them run to their kitchens to prepare their favorite dish, or at least grab their phones and order it!
The show will start airing on Sunday, 27th March, 2022 at 8pm on Zee Café and will also be aired across other ZEE channels including Zee Zest SD + HD, Zee TV HD, Zee Marathi SD + HD, &TV SD + HD, Zee Telegu SD + HD, Zee Ganga and the digital entertainment destination ZEE5. The show will be co-powered by Parle Platina Hide & Seek and Pril Instaclean, TTK prestige as the kitchen partner, Mother Dairy is the nourishment partner and Vijay Sales is the gifting partner.
