“Kinnect, A runway for accelerated growth.”

Talent & Culture
2021 was a year to transform, adjust and focus on culture. As we look to the new year, 2022 will be a stabilization year — a time to execute and expand on business and practices across new horizons.
Talent is a key focus since, at the end of the day, we’re in the people industry, and we’re only as good as the team we build and produce. Another major goal for 2022 is the development of internal talent as well as the attraction of external talent. We will continue to develop our current team while also bringing in new talent to help us achieve our transformational goals, not only for our clients but also for ourselves in this never-ending world.
We moved into a hybrid work culture towards the end of 2021. 2022 will be about managing a comfortable Hybrid work culture giving flexibility to our entire workforce. Our constant focus will be on creating a culture of TRUST & RESPECT. This involves treating employees with kindness and professionalism, showing genuine care and concern, appreciating their feedback, and giving constructive criticism without shying away from the tough conversations when needed. It’s respecting diverse backgrounds, opinions, and skillsets, and bringing the best out of your team. Any team can learn to get along, especially during upswings, but teams built on respect can weather hard times and growing pains. The best thing one can do is ’Breed’ culture of security, where people know their thoughts count and contributions matter. We will concentrate on offering our clients the advantages of having access to a talent pool with no boundaries and employee flexibility.
Business Expansion & Transformation
The third focus will be on new business because it is critical for the organization’s growth, and as an organization expands, people, capabilities, productivity, and work quality all improve, therefore this is really important to us.
We will now work towards an integrated business model with FCB India Group with a strategy of delivering creativity powered by data and technology.
The pandemic has turned out to be a transformational event for all, including the digital industry. COVID has accelerated the adoption and usage of the internet further. Our focus will be to continue transforming business through the creative use of digital & technology. We intend to help our clients accelerate their digital transformation process and aid them in navigating this never-normal world. This will be enabled by focusing on newer business sectors and supporting our existing portfolio.
I believe that focusing on new business, as well as new business from existing clients, is a critical priority for 2022. We will continue to invest in media, data analytics, and marketing automation. Marketing automation can deliver on important client requests such as personalized communication, comprehensive analytics, and demonstrating ROI on digital investments.
- UI UX: – The field of Human Experience Design will be one of our newer areas of investment. The size of the screen has shrunk with time, and the attention span has decreased even further. On the other hand, media costs are rising all the time. As a result, good user experiences become increasingly important in offering media efficiency.
Agile
As we move towards 2022, one of our main goals will be to be more agile and flexible as an agency in all of our operations. Since the pandemic is still ongoing, it will continue to be unpredictable. As a result, all our planned activities must be flexible and agile to react to the changing environment.
