Mumbai: Goldmines Telefilms has named Joy Chakraborthy as the Chief Executive Officer, Broadcasting.
An alumnus of the Harvard Business School Chakraborthy has nearly 3 decades of experience in the media industry and has worked across different media organizations in Print, Television, Radio, and Digital businesses in the Indian media industry with ad sales and revenue generation being core to his career.
Before joining Goldmines Telefilms, Chakraborthy was holding the position of CEO with Enter10 Media. During 2016-2018, he was the President & CEO of TV18 Broadcast Ltd ( News18). He was the Executive Director at Zee group. He held the position of Director at Times of India group and has also worked as the Executive Vice President, Star TV.
