New Delhi: Global Market Research Company, Ipsos has reinforced its HR Team in India with the hiring of Shallet D’Silva as HR Director. She reports to Sanskrati Pathak Sail, Country HRD Lead, Ipsos India.
“For a vibrant and growing market like India where people acquisition, engagement and other HR specialties are the need of hour, D’Silva is a great addition in the Ipsos India HR organistaion. I am excited as she will work closely with me on HR Strategies and lead the implementation of other macro plans for Ipsos in India,” said Sanskrati Pathak Sail, Country HRD Lead, Ipsos India.

D’Silva moves from IQVIA and has previously worked with Travelex and KPMG in full-time and consulting roles. Her experience spans India, South Asia, and the UK.
Her work experience of 16 years spans talent acquisition and management, performance management, leadership development, compliance and governance, diversity, and inclusion, among others. In the past, she’s worked in the areas of mergers, rehauling of policies, transition, automation, coaching and mentoring, compensation and rewards and succession planning, etc.
An alumnus of Cardiff University with post-graduation in Human Resources, she also holds a BA degree in Economics Honours from Mumbai University.
