Network18 Group has appointed Sohini Guharoy as the Group Head – Audience Growth. She will be heading the audience growth for the channels namely CNBC TV-18, CNN News18, Money Control, Firstpost.
Before this, Guharoy was working with NDTV as the Head – Audience and Social Strategy for a stint of two years. She was responsible for developing and maintaining key long-term editorial and branded partnerships. She worked closely with product and sales on new-form integration for editorial and branded deals.
During her stint with NDTV, she spearheaded the editorial content strategy for the growth of NDTV channels on social platforms.
She has also worked with The Quint as Head of Audience Engagement, where she was instrumental in community building and audience engagement to drive content and product.
In a career span of more than a decade, she has worked with CNN- IBN, Deccan Chronicle, Hindustan Times.
