Mumbai : Micromax recently made its first multiple language 7-inch tablet available across various e-commerce websites. In addition to Hindi, the Micromax Canvas Tab P470 is also infused with, Gujarati, Sindhi, Telugu, Tamil, Bengali, Malayalam and 15 other Indian vernacular languages. The device also has dual SIM slots.
With a 7-inch TFT display featuring a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, the 3G compatible tablet has been made available with the Android 4.4 KitKat operating system. The chipset inside it is a MediaTek MT8312 unit which houses a dual core processor with a speed set at 1.3GHz. It also has a battery power slate of 3200mAh.
The tablet has a 5MP rear camera with flash and 0.3MP front camera. With 1GB RAM, the tablet has an inbuilt memory of 8GB which can further be expanded to 32 GB via an external microSD card. On the connectivity front, it comes with WiFi and Bluetooth 2.1 and 3G connectivity.
The Micromax Canvas Tab P470 is priced at Rs. 6,999 and is available in colours silver and grey.
