Mumbai: Vivek Bhargava, who has stepped down from Dentsu Performance Group, has announced his intention to fully focus on his new start-up initiative, ProfitWheel, a SaaS platform that he co-founded last year along with Aman Khanna, who was into digital advertising in corporate America.
ProfitWheel makes digital advertising more effective by finding and winning the most profitable customers in the market by sharing intelligence from the advertiser’s existing 1st party / CRM data with media-buying platforms and vice versa.
Marrying best-in-class AdTech and MarTech systems to deliver improved CAC / CPA / ROAS and hence profit to its clients.
Bhargava, the co-founder of ProfitWheel, said, “ProfitWheel has been active in stealth mode for the last one year. Now, it was finally time to bring it to the fore and get the wheels rolling. With ProfitWheel, we are attempting to connect ad tech with martech to make both efficient. Our eventual goal is to make the advertising and marketing expenses a part of the balance sheet where it becomes the cost of sales rather than an expense. It’s a game-changing model for the startup ecosystem.”
Bhargava is named as one of the top 50 digital icons of India and also an angel investor with investments in over 20 companies in India and globally. He has been an investor in a real Indian television show – ‘The Vault’.
Bhargava is on the advisory board of industry bodies like ad:tech, DMAi, DMTI, and also on the board of IAMAI.
ProfitWheel has named Pratap Dasgupta as Group CFO.
