We spoke in 2020 when the country was under lockdown, how has it been post lockdown?
Lockdown was certainly not the preferred period for any of us, but the challenges definitely kept us moving forward. Post lockdown days were kind enough to let us all be in the same room again, obviously, with suitable precautions. Offices resumed that helped us get back to our once-followed routines of team calls/ discussions. That being said, it also brought visible flexibility in our work procedures. Plus, the fun of working with people around, surely, made our days less boring and more effective.

We evolved into a close-knit family who reached out to each other over frequent calls, team engagement activities and made sure no one feels out of place. We were more liberal while sanctioning leaves for our employees to eliminate any sort of personal or professional difficulty faced.
How will you differentiate between Marketing & Branding?
Marketing is a phenomenal promotional tactic adopted by companies/ brands/ businesses to sell out their products or services via studying customer needs/ interests and projecting their offerings as the best available option in the market.
Branding is the strategy of instilling the company’s ethics, terminologies, perceptions, agendas, and offerings in the minds of a consumer via logo, design, marketing, brand values, and ad & communication strategies.
Marketing can use different tools and channels to engage with the audience, particularly exercised to boost the sales of a product. Branding is what establishes consumer-brand loyalty and creates a name of the product for times to come.
