The recruitment of Pratyush is the next step towards the continued growth and expansion of Mumbai-headquartered Blox.

Post its successful first round of funding of $2M led by Tinder founder Justin Mateen, celebrity investor, Brad Bao, the Co-Founder of Lime and Kinzon Capital has invested an undisclosed amount in the company. Blox also has a post-funding valuation of $12M, making it one of the high valued startups at the early seed stage.
With 15 years of experience in Real Estate industry, Pratyush has expanded his expertise in luxury real estate by leading sales of unrivaled residential addresses conceived by world-acclaimed architects and designers. He has been an active asset to projects such as the Trump Tower, The World Towers, and Altamount to name a few. Under his recent assignments, he was entrusted with managing the largest teams for Rustomjee Builders and Piramal Realty. Under his guidance and mentorship, the projects resulted in an excess of 75% contribution to the overall business topline along with cumulative business revenue of more than 3000 crores. Pratyush will currently be heading the sales of exclusive inventory deal with Mumbai-based real estate developer Dynamix. Blox and Dynamix have joined hands for a project located in Malad East suburb of Mumbai and comprises luxurious 2 and 3 bedrooms apartments. .In addition to the traditional sales effort, Pratyush has plans of making use of cutting edge technology to do virtual presentations for channel partners and clients to support home buying activities amidst the lockdown restrictions.

With a multi-sector background and significant exposure to business development, architecture, civil construction, and pan-India sales, his education also specializes in information technology and engineering followed by a post-graduate degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Finance.
