Mumbai: With a view to reaching out to millions of people, who are struggling on various fronts to cope with the Covid 19 pandemic induced challenges and to provide solutions through live chats, HappyPlus Consulting has joined hands with national broadcaster ABP Live to launch a series of podcasts called “Happiness Express”.
Happiness Express is a series of podcasts that will be hosted by radio jockey Dilip and HappyPlus Consulting Founder and CEO Dr.Ashish Ambasta will share his views and tips to manage workplace stress and to strike a balance between work and personal life.
These live chats will also host industry veterans including CEOs, CHROs, Partners of consulting firms, and Business Heads of renowned companies, who will share their perspectives on achieving happiness at the workplace.
“The second wave of the Covid pandemic has churned out the lives of millions of people on all fronts – socially, emotionally, and financially. To add to this, the “work from home” culture has consumed the personal life and space of these individuals. In such an environment, thinking about happiness is practically the last thing on their to-do lists, which is a serious concern from the perspective of their wellbeing,” Ashish Ambasta said.
The objective of this unique initiative is to bring back hope and happiness in the lives of these individuals and to guide them and provide solutions to manage their stress, Ashish added.
In the first session, Ashish will be recording 15 episodes, where he will speak on various topics including salary & happiness, the role of leaders in happiness, personal accountability, and reasons for being unhappy at work, among others. Some of the industry veterans who have participated in these podcasts include Navneel Kar, President of Sales at Tata Consumer, and Rajendra Mehta, Global CHRO of Welspun, among others.
Speaking about “Happiness Express” Kar said the podcast is the right therapy for anyone looking at relevant content to be happier. “The show is crisp, relevant, and answers very real issues which a lot of us are grappling with in this tough time,” he noted.
Echoing similar views, Mehta said that this show brings in fresh hope especially in times when there is so much negativity around us.
Dr Ashish, who has done a PhD in the area of happiness, had earlier joined hands with BigFM on the show called, “Love You Zindagi”, where he was invited as a happiness expert to give his perspective on various issues for the last two years.
