8th March is celebrated as International Women’s Day annually. Levista, a homegrown coffee brand from Coorg has joined hands with Radio City to celebrate this special day dedicated for women.

We sought nominations from the general public through Radio Announcements to identify women whom listeners may know, who are worthy of being recognized in public and received a lot of feedback indeed.The Awardees were selected through a transparent process headed by an eminent panel of judges.”4

The “Change Makers” were identified from the two states of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka where Levista offers Instant and Filter Coffee Powder and shares valuable shelf space with the likes of Internationally acclaimed brands such as HUL’s Bru and Nestle’s Nescafe & Sunrise while also brushing shoulders with local behemoths such as ITC’s Sunbean, Leo Coffee, Narasus, Coffee Day, Tata Coffee, Cothas, Vivekananda Coffee and several other hitherto unknown and no-name (freshly ground) Coffee powder names which are a perennial purchase for a number of households across cities. The Company plans to deeply penetrate the two Southern States of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka which currently contribute to over two-thirds of the business.
