Mumbai: PR Professionals, one of the fastest-growing PR firms in the country, has won the most sought after communication mandate for the fourteenth session of the Conference of Parties (COP14) to United Nations to Combat Desertification (UNCCD). For the first time ever, India will be hosting the event that will address the issues of land degradation and desertification. The conference will take place between 2nd to 13th of September 2019 at the India Mart and Expo, Greater Noida. Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) Mr. Prakash Javadekar and Ibrahim Thiaw, UNCCD Executive Secretary will inaugurate the conference on 2nd September 2019. Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi will address the conference of 9th September 2019. Over 3,000 participants from 196 countries will take part in the event scheduled in India which is holding the meet for the first time ever. Ministers from more than 95 countries, scientists, representatives of national & local government, NGOs, organizations, youths, journalists etc will share their expertise at the conference.
