Mumbai: Shemaroo Entertainment Limited, India’s leading content house, today announced the appointment of Deepti Dwivedi as the Head –Human Capital.
Deepti will lead Human Capital at Shemaroo, her core responsibilities will include designing, developing and implementing organizational models and OD initiatives to help improve productivity and efficiencies and aid in organization transformation and business excellence. She will be responsible for the achievement of Shemaroo’s strategic goals through the setup and establishment of effective people management processes/practices.
Deepti’s immaculate potential to nurture existing talents as well as attract and develop external talents from the industry will assist Shemaroo in setting up the most dynamic team that will help the company in achieving five times growth in the next five years. The 55-year-old company has come a long way since inception and the addition of industry’s best leaders in Shemaroo family is a crucial step towards achieving the brand’s vision and growth.
Deepti comes with over 16 years of human resources experience across entertainment, publishing house and lifestyle sector. She joins Shemaroo after her last stint at Sony Entertainment Television as HR Business Lead for Revenue Functions (Ad Sales & International Business).
At Sony, she was instrumental in setting up the team of Sony LIV – the digital arm of Sony and handled Engagement & Wellness at the network level. Before her successful stint at Sony, she seamlessly managed dual responsibilities for Mid-Day Info media and Radio One for 8 years.
