New Delhi:Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javdekar has shared a significant decision regarding the separation of creative functions of Doordarshan from administrative functions.
The minister also added that appropriate creative talent may be hired for Doordarshan bouquet of channels. Each channel will have separate Creative Heads to chart Programming and Creative strategy of the respective channel.
Javdekar posed that people should think of Doordarshan channel when they switch on the television standard and the Creative team will work towards achieving that standard of programming.
The I&B minister conveyed the same to the gathering while inaugurating the launch of high end Video walls with self adjusting technology in Doordarshan Bhavan.
