Mumbai: As young adults set out for their #FirstDayOfCollege, “what to wear” is the first thought on their minds. Using this extremely relevant insight, fbb set out to prepare a trendy college collection backed with an exciting offer. Customers had to register and they get an instant offer of Rs. 200/- off on purchase Rs. 500 on 8th and 9th of June.
To increase awareness of this offer among the audience, fbb started by creating a sense of intrigue and excitement by launching a set of teasers that focused on smaller moments that they come across on their first day of college. From ‘Bully The Bully Look’ to ‘Charm Your Crush Look’, fbb covered different moments that a young college-goer might experience while attending that first day of college & brought in the fbb ensembles for those moments to launch the collection.
To take the campaign to the next level, we tied up with seven highly relevant influencers – Akash Chaudhary, Sanket Mehta, Pooja Mundhara, MohitHiranandani, SaloniSehra, Kritika Khurana &Soumya. They revisited their first days of college & showcased the collection by creating several looks. All of the influencers used their Instagram stories and posts to convey their personal messages.
The campaign reaches out to young minds with a clear communication of being stylishly prepared for taking a new step in their lives. Yet another successful campaign for fbb, which aids towards the vision of making India ‘thodaaur’ stylish.
Speaking about this campaign, Pawan Sarda, Group Head – Digital (Future Group) said, “At fbb one of the key tasks is to constantly engage with the younger audience so that they’d want to hang-out with the brand. #FirstDayOfCollege was that perfect connect for us to be relevant and aspirational on one of the most special occasions in their lives.”
Chandni Shah, COO -Social Kinnect added, “One of our key objectives with fbb has always been to resonate with the Indian youth, and make them more stylish one campaign at a time. Reaching out to this audience with a voice that is uniquely fbb and undeniably fashionable, #FirstDayOfCollege taps into to a demographic that few fashion retail brands in India are targeting in such a relatable manner.”
