Bangalore : Zee Kannada’s recently launched brand proposition Bayasid’dha Bāgilu Tegiyōṇa, translating to ‘open door to possibilities’, the channel launches its latest fiction show, Paaru. The story narrates the struggles of a poor girl falling in love with the rich boy and overcoming the limitations in a home that thrives on strong class conflict. Paaru starts on 3rd December at 9:30 PM in Zee Kannada and Zee Kannada HD.
The plot of the show explores a distinct blend of the powerful mind-set and class-conflict between the two lead protagonists ‘Akhilandeshwari’, an enterprising woman with a strong sense of character, and ‘Paarvathi’ (Paaru), a simple village girl who lives life to the fullest. Authoritarian Aarasanakote Akhilandeshwari lives in a palace with wealth inherited from her ancestors, where the world revolves as per her rules. Her elder son Arjun, the head of Aditya Group of Companies, is a business icon having expanded the assets of Akhilandeshwari. While Paaru, the subsequent lead,is born and brought up in the village where her she loves the freedom to live her life. As the story unfolds, Paaru arrives to the city to live in Akhilandeshwari’s fort under her authority and both their characteristics will set to clash against each other’s strong resilient principles. Coming to terms with each other’s differing viewpoints of choosing between status or love forms the crux of the story.
Akhilandeshwari’s role is the predominant character in the serial, enacted by the multilingual star Vinaya Prasad. Kannadiga viewers are very inquisitive to watch her in this new role, along with Paaru’s huge starcast.
