The tournament kickstarted on 2nd November 2018 in the honourable presence of Shri Sharad Pawar (Head – Maharashtra Kusti Parishad) and Shri Amit Goenka (CEO – International Broadcast Business – ZEEL). It event shall continue till 18th November 2018 at Pune’s Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Kridapeeth also known as Mahalunge-Balewadi Stadium with six teams across the state participating in it. Veer Marathwada (Owner Nagraj Manjule), KolhapuriMavale (Sai Tamhankar), VidharbhacheWagh (Owner Swapnil Joshi), Yashwant Satara (Owner Purushottam Jadhav), PuneriUstad (Owner ShantaramManave and Paritosh Painter) and Mumbai Astra (Owner Pranav Dake) are the six teams playing in this Wrestling Championship. All the matches in the next thirteen days are going to be played at Pune’s Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Kridapeeth also known as Mahalunge-Balewadi Stadium.
