Mumbai: fbb, a fashion destination for the youth of India, wanted to redefine personal style and be part of the culture of the college-going millennials.
College is the perfect time for youngsters to explore their stylish self. Hence, resonating with the pop-culture theme, fbb stepped out and launched a collection that was edgy, bold, and quirky – a wardrobe upgrade every college-goer was looking forward to. Often confused about creating a style statement, college students now had a go-to for all their fashion needs.
fbb’s Digital Marketing Agency, Social Kinnect, suggested that fbb offer these college students the best in fashion by pushing them to #StyleTheFUp with their latest collection.
To engage as well as to match up with the energy and spark of the young audience, fbb came up with the idea of creating four short videos depicting various college highlights like fresher’s party, practicing extra-curricular activities or just chilling with friends! All these videos inspired the youth to #StyleTheFUp for all occasions and #BeCollegeReady with fbb.
To #StyleTheFUp, all the audience had to do was grab their #StyleUpPass to shop the latest collection. The pass was worth Rs. 200 and could be redeemed while shopping at their nearest fbb store.
fbb also collaborated with celebrities, Priyank Sharma, Aditi Bhatia, Chandan Shetty, and Ritabhari Chakraborty for this campaign. While Priyank Sharma swept off the dance floor, Aditi Bhatia showcased the spunk in her through a stop-motion video. All of them encouraged their followers to #StyleTheFUp with fbb’s fashionable collection.
To create buzz amongst young college goers, the brand also collaborated with Frapp, a one-stop destination for more than 50,000 college students. The collaboration saw more than 300 students participating in the activity and encouraging their peers to #StyleTheFUp with fbb’s latest collection to #BeCollegeReady.
