Bengaluru: Zapr Media Labs, India’s largest media consumption repository and audience targeting platform announces its fifth international award win, this time at the UK based ‘Effective Digital Marketing Awards’ for ‘Most Effective Entertainment Campaign’ with Star India, and a special ‘Chairman’s Award’ recognizing Zapr as a cutting-edge platform that bridges the offline and the online worlds.
Being the only company from India to bag titles at the EDMAs this year, we’re glad to share the winning stage with marquee firms such as Telegraph Media Group, Marks & Spencer, Mindshare, Harvey Nichols, Mazda UK, Dominos and others.

The Chairman’s Award, chosen by Chair of Judges, David Murphy, went to Zapr Media Labs for their platform that bridges the offline and the online worlds, using audio fingerprint technology to enable brands to target groups who didn’t see their TV ads, on mobile, and to duplicate TV campaigns on mobile at much lower cost. The technology is already being used to good effect by more than 150 brands in the last 12 months, almost all major Indian broadcasters, media houses and agencies.
