New Delhi: In a review of the ratings from Week 14-26, the first quarter (April to June) gone by this financial year- AajTak emerged as a clear leader across segments. As per BARC ratings, AajTak garnered average weekly gross viewership of 94,309 in HSM (TG: 15+, Mkt: HSM, TB: 24 Hrs, Period: Wk-14’18 to Wk26’18, Gross Imp ‘000s), ahead of Zee News (83031), India TV (81506), News18 India (72094) and ABP News(67467).
HSM Urban: ,AajTak led in the HSM Urban, securing a gross viewership of 55401 followed by Zee News (51605), India TV (49178), News18 India (44764)and ABP News(38095).
Rural HSM: AajTak led in the HSM Rural too, securing a gross viewership of 38908 followed by India TV (32328), Zee News (31427), News Nation (31297)and ABP News (29372).
When one looks at the Weekday and Weekend split, we see a similar pattern – Number1 on Weekdays followed by Zee News and India TV on 2nd & 3rd Spot respectively

Prime Time: slot as well, garnering average Weekly gross viewership of 38336 (BARC, TG: 15+, Mkt: HSM, TB: 1800-2400 Hrs, Period: Wk-14’18 to Wk26’18, Gross Imp ‘000s). The channel was followed by Zee News, which registered gross viewership of 36195 in the same period.
