New Delhi: Cycling has proven to be beneficial in all the ways possible – Health, environment, decongestion, etc. Which is why UN declared 3rd June as world bicycle day.
Radio Mirchi and Hero cycles being leaders in their category are in support of the UN decision and has launched an initiatives to try raise concern of lack of infra in Delhi to cycle and have been promoting the cause “Road Pe Dikhegi Tabhi To Chalegi” to bring cycles back on Road so that there would be separate cycling lane.
RJ Naved, RJ Sayema and RJ Abhinav made amazing videos and posted on Radio Mirchi Facebook page for this cause, making Cycling is cool again.
On 3rd June a Cyclothon at Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj, was done and Delhi came out to support the cause and showed their love.
Mr. Pankaj M Munjal Chairman of Hero cycles Ltd. is the man behind starting such an important thought and believing in the importance of cycling.
Mr Rohit Gothi, CEO Hero Cycles and Mr Rohit Sharma CMO Hero Cycles also gave out 5 Lac worth of Bicycles to NGO kids who could go to schools on cycle and state the message of “Road pe dikhegi tabhi to chalegi”
