Chennai: Hindustan Times Mint, a daily business newspaper published by HT Media, a Delhi-based media group which also publishes Hindustan Times has outsourced Cornerstone to promote their brand.
HT Mint’s target readers are business executives and policy makers. HT Mint is India’s first newspaper to be published in the Berliner format.It exclusively carries the Wall Street Journal’s branded editorial content in its pages by virtue of the content sharing partnership between HT Media and Newscorp, which owns the Journal. HT Mint also has one dedicated page for the CNBC News.
Cornerstone will be marketing HT Mint at various segments in improving HT Mint’s reach and visibility.
Mr. Shyam, President of Cornerstone avers that “this segmentation marketing of HT Mint will position the brand and capture the mindspace of their readers.” He also added that Cornerstone will explore various experiential marketing opportunities in building HT Mint. He believes that the “colorful presentation of HT Mint with Info graphics blended with the right mix of light read material will surely attract the aspiring business professionals.”
In 2017, former editor of Khaleej Times Vinay Kamat was appointed as Editor. Mint and Mint’s digital platform Livemint.com are complementing each other. In 2016, Mint changed from the Berliner format and became a broadsheet in 2016.
