Mindshare Malaysia has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of AnishaIyer as partner, digital, Southeast Asia, Allison Chinand Deboo Mohanty as senior partner and Andrea Tenner as partner.
In her new role, Iyer will enhance the agency’s digital product, innovation and delivery, including a special focus on strengthening Mindshare Future Adaptive Specialist Team (FAST). She was previously with Mindshare India for over 11 years, where she led digital strategy across core task definition, insights and analysis, and content and innovations, leading up to execution excellence principles.
Chin will focus on leading agency process optimisation, championing trading, building gold standard practices and excellence in implementation and buying. She has over 27 years of experience in the WPP network in Malaysia, and was previously the head of trading at GroupM Malaysia. Teener and Mohanty will both lead some of Mindshare’s largest businesses, oversee planning excellence, extract the best of Mindshare products and tools to deliver clients with the best results. Both 20 years of experience each in managing a wide array of clients and categorise in multiple Asia markets.
