Mumbai: The coveted Black Lady has come calling yet again, as Jio Filmfare Awards Marathi is back with its third edition to honor and celebrate the best in Marathi cinema. In a press conference held today at Sofitel, BKC, Mumbai, Jitesh Pillai – Editor, Filmfare along with renowned Marathi actor Swapnil Joshi announced 27th October, 2017 as the date for the prestigious award ceremony. The same will be televised on Colors Marathi at a later date.
At a recent lainch event Jitesh Pillai and Swapnil Joshi together revealed the categories and expressed their gratitude towards Marathi film industry for giving a plethora of talent. The award function will be held at NESCO Ground, Mumbai and will witness enthralling performances and stupendous acts by the most talented actors of the Marathi film fraternity.
Thrilled to announce the third edition of Filmfare Awards Marathi 2017, Jitesh Pillai – Editor, Filmfare said, “After two successful editions of Filmfare Awards Marathi, we intend to raise the momentum with this year’s awards.
