Mumbai: In an endeavor to create awareness and discuss the issues and opportunities concerning India’s natural resources, Network18 recently organized the Global Natural Resources Conclave (GNRC). The two day event conceptualized by the Special Projects division of the Network was attended by about 1000 delegates including participants from over 30 countries and had 20 foreign speakers. The event witnessed several industry stalwarts, ministers, global thinkers, industry bodies and think-tanks deliberate upon the present and the future challenges being faced by the sector in India.

Industry veterans too supported the GNRC initiative on the social media and buzz was created with high influencers from the sector such as like Anil Agarwal, Group Chairman, Vedanta Resources and GoI Ministers including Rajyavardhan Rathore, MoS for Information & Broadcasting and Dharmendra Pradhan, MoS (Independent Charge) for Petroleum & Natural Gas engaging on the topic.
