Chennai: On the occasion of Tamil Puthandu (aka) Tamil New Year, on 14th April 2017, Travelxp Tamil is all set to introduce two brand new shows in its line-up namely Damu’s Kitchen and Krazee Foodie.
The New Year begins with the introduction of a food band with “Damu’s Kitchen”, a studio based cookery show hosted by renowned Chef Dr. K. Damodaran. Popularly called as Chef Damu, a Guinness Book record holder for the longest cooking marathon, is the first Indian Chef to receive a Phd in Hotel Management and Catering Technology. “Damu’s Kitchen” goes on air with a curtain raiser on Friday, 14th April 2017. The series will be aired Monday to Friday at 07:30 pm.
“Krazee Foodie” is a destination based food show where celebrity host Nanjil Vijayan explores the streets of cities and towns in the search of best food joints and restaurants adding a bit of humor to it. To begin with, viewers will get to know more about their favorite food joints in Tamil Nadu later expanding to other regions. “Krazee Foodie” goes on air on Saturday, 15th April 2017 and will be aired Saturday’s and Sunday’s at 07:30 pm.
