Mumbai: On the occasion of International Women’s Day, 92.7 Big FM has introduced a segment aptly titled ‘Ladies First’ that will be interspersed across all its shows. This dedicated segment is commemorating womanhood and all its facets from 6th March to 8th March across 45 stations of the radio network.
Big FM through ‘Ladies First’ will applaud women who manage multiple roles at home, at work and still immaculately strike a balance in life. This International Women’s Day, listeners will be engaged with content based on different facets of women.
Giving a fresh start to the day, the 8am to 10am Breakfast show will share stories of inspiring female characters of Bollywood. The most heard show ‘Suhaana Safar with Annu Kapoor’ will share with its listeners some lesser known facts about impactful women and all-time favorite characters of Indian cinema. Further highlighting the delicate yet enduring side of women, the mid-morning show will talk about the caring and nurturing characteristics of women. It will transcend into stories of simplistic yet stunning beauties of Bollywood in the afternoon show.
The radio station will extend its tribute to the women with glamour and of substance in the Evening show. Entertaining and engaging listeners with diverse facets of women throughout the week, each day will conclude on a high note as ‘Lamhe with RJ Mantra’ will celebrate womanhood by sharing captivating stories of modern women and their relationship with their father. All the shows will be complimented with the finest songs by renowned female singers of all times.
