In response to this initiative by MAAC, Tisca Chopra said, “I congratulate MAAC for this initiative Take 1. It’s dark and delicious, this Chutney. The ingredients are infidelity, jealousy and a crazy sense of humor. And what made it perfect was my association with Large Short Films. They have always backed original, inspiring short films and whatever I had envisioned for Chutney, they complimented it beautifully. It’s become such a huge success and I really hope this is the beginning of many more to come. I am glad Chutney is being screened at the MAAC Take -1 event.”
