Cochin:- Mazhavil Manorama, known for its most innovative content and forerunner in bringing new formats to the Kerala GEC market strengthens its number two position as a Malayalam entertainment Channel and the most favorite GEC of the Malayalee across the World with two new launches in this October.
The channel announced that it is re-launching the popular chat show Onnum Onnum Moonu to be hosted by Rimi Tomy. The show will be back on air from October 23, 2016 at 9.30 pm. The celebrity chat show will be full of fun, frolic and music like in the first season.
The channel also announced that it would be launching a new serial called Otta Chilambu starting October 24 and is slated to be aired at 8.30pm. Otta Chilambu is a supernatural story of a little girl who is possessed by a lady’s spirit and the terrifying journey of this dual personality child.
Joycees’s Krishna Tulasi, the well-received family drama of 2 children and their ordeals will now be shown at 7.o0 pm instead of the earlier 9.30 pm slot.
According to the BARC data for the week 41, Mazhavil Manorama has bounced back to No. 2 moving ahead of Surya TV with 126 million impressions (Surya TV 124 Million). Asianet stood at No. 1 with 320 Million impressions while Flowers at No. 4 witnessed 97 Million.
The Channel has also announced a time change of its highly popular D4Dance dancing reality show that is in its 3rd season, will now be aired at 9.00 pm instead of the usual 8.30pm. D4Dance is now in its final stages and is approaching the climax. In addition to that Kuttigalodano Kali also moves to 9 PM on Thursday and Friday while Atmasakhi moves to 6-30 PM.
