The consultancy has been honoured at 2016 SABRE Awards Asia Pacific as well as at the inaugural Fulcrum Awards 2016 in the following categories: Measurement and Evaluation (twice), Travel & Leisure, Business to Business Marketing and Most Impactful Media Campaign. In addition, the consultancy also received an individual excellence honour at PRAXIS 2016, given by the Promise Foundation.

Parekhit is an Associate Partner in the Telecom & Technology Practice at Genesis Burson-Marsteller, Delhi along with being the Client Servicing and New Business Head for StepUp; a new offering that he helped conceptualize and set up for the consultancy. StepUp is a new initiative empowering start-ups and young businesses to tell their story for future success. After successfully setting up StepUp in India, Parekhit went on to help set up the division in China. Parekhit has demonstrated the true spirit of being an ‘Intrapreneur’ by taking it upon himself at the early stage of his career to introduce something new and fresh for the organization.
