Chennai: Raj TV presents “RAJAGEETHAM – 6” which will be on air from May 4, 2014 at 11 a.m. on every Sunday.
Rajageetham is known as the king of all reality shows since it was the first music reality show on the Tamil small screen, started over 15 years ago.
The show produced many playback singers like Velmurugan, Mukesh, Haricharan, Sathyan, Priyadharshini and so on.
B H Abdul Hameed has taken up a key role in anchoring the show, supported by Jeevaraja orchestra for all seasons. The show will provide a perfect opportunity for the next set of upcoming youth singers.
Young singers were selected from various cities like Chennai, Madurai, Kovai, Trichy, Salem and other prominent places of Tamil Nadu in their preliminary auditions. The show will witness direct public voting and SMS contests as well.
