Trivandrum: The much acclaimed dance talent hunt for pairs “Let’s Dance”, which was pioneered by Amrita TV a few years ago will complete 50th Episode on 23rd October .Let’s Dance is being telecast from 7.30 to 8.30 pm during the weekdays Monday to Thursday.
To mark the occasion and to celebrate the milestone Episode, “Let’s Dance” will be featuring a special Dance performance by Kerala’s youngest Karate Black Belt champion and in addition to that all the Jury members will be staging an exclusive special performance on the 50th Episode.
The Jury of Let’s Dance comprises star choreographer Sreedhar Master, who has a track record of choreographing for over 1000 Indian and International movies. The super duper hit dance number “Nakku Mukku” and blockbluster movies “Thalaiva” starring Vijay and Amala Paul, “Jilla” (Mohanlal & Vijay), etc., are his choreographed movies. Giving him company in the jury panel is noted Kollywood actor Shantanu, who is the son of multi-faceted director-actor Bhagyaraj and actress Poornima Jayaram.
Since the show is for pairs, the jury panel is also designed to comprise pairs which includes stars like Aravinder, Sarayu and Shruthi Lakshmi.
Let’s Dance has twenty dance pairs from Kerala and Tamil Nadu in the 15 – 30 age group, who will be competing over 100 episodes of the one-hour show that started on 28th July. These pairs comprise nine male pairs, two female pairs, and 10 male-female pairs.
The show has just reached its half way mark with the completion of 50th episode on 23rd October. Further episodes of Let’s Dance are expected to be highly competitive as the show will be reaching its final phase, with upcoming eliminations and contestants trying their best to impress the judges and keep themselves alive on the show.
