New Delhi: 104.8 Ishq FM, India’s only romantic station has launched a distinctive campaign #BeTheBawaal, paying gratitude to bold and fearless women. The campaign aims to inspire women to overcome the challenges faced by them in society and flaunt their raw and true selves.
The road to success for women in India is paved with obstacles. These hurdles become even more insurmountable given societal pressures. The weeklong network campaign #BeTheBawaal spread across Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata will feature the stories of women who have overcome enormous difficulties to achieve success in their field and thus paved the way for others to follow in their footsteps.
As a part of the campaign, 104.8 Ishq FM is interviewing 5 path-breaking “bawaal” women – Manya Singh, Miss India 2020 Runner Up; Geetanjali Babbar, Founder, Kat Katha; Geeta Tandon, Bollywood Stunt Professional; Rajini Pandit, India’s first female detective, & Chandni Khan, Founder, Voice of Slum. The interviews will be played out on-air and will be available on Ishq’s digital handles.
